MYS is seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Stewardess to join a busy 50m+ charter yacht for an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a high-standard, fast-paced environment and leads by example.

After the Tahiti season the vessel will either head to Fiji or back into Central America TBC

Candidate Requirements

• Proven charter experience on 50m+ yachts
• Highly organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate the interior team
• Maintains exceptional interior standards at all times
• Willing to lead from the front and assist the team hands-on when required
• Confident in overseeing crew duties, schedules, and interior operations
• Professional attitude with a no-drama mindset
• Able to take constructive criticism professionally and work well under pressure

Package

• Salary DOE: $6,500 – $8,000 USD per month for the right candidate
• 60 days leave per annum
• 2 x return flights per year (non-refundable)
• Medical cover provided
• Educational program available
