    MAJOR YACHT SERVICES CREW PLACEMENT AGREEMENT

    1) EMPLOYER PAID FEE POLICY:

    It is agreed that the Client engages Major Yacht Services to provide resumes of Candidates to be considered for employment and agrees to pay for services rendered.

    2) SUBMISSION OF RESUMES:

    Acceptance of resumes indicates acceptance of all terms on this contract. The Client agrees not to share resumes with third party employers.

    3) FEE STRUCTURE:

    Temporary, seasonal and permanent placement fees apply as set out by Major Yacht Services. Prices exclude GST.

    4) TERMS:

    When an offer of employment has been rendered and accepted, the Client is responsible to inform Major Yacht Services of the employment terms.

    5) WARRANTY PERIOD:

    Warranty is valid only if all terms have been met.

    6) MARINE ORDER 11 COMPLIANCE

    I confirm as an employer of seafarers that I will abide by marine orders 11 and ensure seafarers under our employment will not be stranded in a foreign port.
