A well run, relaxed private (Dutch built) 40m MY is on the search for an up and coming engineer to join their vessel for an immediate start.

The yacht is private only and therefore is flexible on engineering ticket

The position could suit a trade qualified engineer looking to cut their teeth on a chief engineer position, or a 2nd Engineer , mate/engineer looking to step up in responsibility.

 

The vessel has been built well, easy access throughout the entire engine room.

Fulltime crew of 7, great ocean-going yacht with rarely any problems

 

The vessel is currently located in Italy, about to conduct its worldwide trip with the owner who flys in/out in different locations

Only two guests onboard when on trip, super easy.

The engineer candidate must have a technical background, can be a up and comer, keen person, don’t need a specific ticket. Must be technically minded and levelheaded

The vessel is currently in Italy and will head to Belize/Jamaica, Easter Island, South Pacific

Professional Australian captain at the helm, would love to find another Australian or kiwi who speaks his language but open to all nationalities and worldwide
