A lovely / personable family is on the search for a house manager to join their professional team.
Largely looking after the House and PA duties for Mrs , the role will be extremely diverse and the successful candidate should be able to deal with out-of-the-box requests.
The role will include (but not limited to)
Mr & Mrs are only in residence for 4-8 months of the year, dependent on their business needs.
The House Manager must be self-motivated / responsible and can work closely with other internal staff to provide an exceptional level of service to the owner

Are you a superyacht or private residence stewardess interested in going land based on the Gold Coast?
The Estate owners are seeking a full-time house manager to work in their prestigious
homestead and guest house, at their luxury rural estate nestled in the Gold Coast
hinterland.
Reporting to the Site manager, your main responsibility would be providing a professional, exceptional service catering to the needs of the owners and/or guests staying at the Estate.
Whilst cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior (excluding grounds) of the luxury
homestead, ensuring it is always spotless.
The role is mostly Monday to Friday, 8 hours, 5 days a week when there are no guests staying at the homestead.
There is a requirement for some weekend work during guest stays.
On these occasions you will be compensated with time off in lieu or bonusses or a
combination of the two depending on the circumstances.
The duties of the position include the following:
Greet and be the prime contact for our guests while they are using the Estate.
Provide high level turndown service before, during and after guest stays.
Ensuring that on the day logistics are running smoothly, when there is either
a guest stay or event at the Estate. This includes catering, event stylists etc
You will be placed on the spot at times and be required to step up to
resolve any problems that might occur.
Supervising contractors including cleaners, gardeners, pool cleaners &
trades as required.
Book last minute experiences for the guests as required
Running occasional errands and assisting with grocery shopping for guests
as directed.
Monitor and purchase inventory for the homestead and guesthouse
including but not limited to keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens,
toiletries, and other supplies.
Spring cleaning and managing cupboards, pantry etc on a regular basis.
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste and recycling.
Any other tasks required for the day-to-day running of the household as
required.
Identifying any maintenance issues and reporting back to On-Site Manager.
All functions required to keep the house clean and in an immaculate
condition. This includes but is not limited to:
-Laundering of linen, towels etc owned by the Estate.
-Vacuum and mop entire interior of homestead and guesthouse on a
regular basis.
-Clean and sanitize toilets, showers/bathtubs, counter-tops, sinks.
-Maintain a clean, tidy and sanitary kitchen area always.
-Dust mirrors and other glass surfaces as well as interior décor, shutters,
fans, artwork, air conditioners, fireplace, etc
-Deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and garages (including
cleaning appliances such as oven and fridge) as well as all other rooms
as and when required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
First aid certificate (desirable)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury housekeeping role (superyacht or residence) and knowledge of housekeeping and laundry protocols.
Skills:
High attention to detail and enthusiasm
A high level of organisation
Customer-service orientation
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Possess a QLD Driver’s licence
Flexibility to work additional days during busy periods and when larger-scale
events
Neat and groomed appearance
Speak fluent English
Non-smoker

A high-profile, Perth based residence is on the search for an experienced stewardess (or hospitality professional) to join their growing residence team
The stewardess will work within a large interior department of 5 /6 reporting to the HOH & Concierge Manager.
The team largely hails from a superyacht stewardess background and the structure will be similar to that of a very large superyacht, bringing the same high/impeccable standard, but with the benefit of structured hours and no over nighters !
The focus of the role will be predominantly housekeeping but with weekly service shifts and assisting with occasional events and concierge.
Additional house coordinating responsibilities will also be allocated based on experience and background of the candidate

Key responsibilities within the residence will include but are not limited to:
• Work with the resident family and respond to their requests, as and when they arise
• Communicate with residents, guests and represent the family professionally at all times
• Confidently carry out service for dinner parties, functions as well as daily meals
• Confidently provide drink service, including wine knowledge and cocktail making
• Assist in preparing light meals and snacks, assisting the chef as needed
• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, ironing, washing, dusting, and polishing.
• Ensuring all areas are cared for and inspected with a high level of attentional to detail.
• Interact with multiple departments including kitchen and property maintenance.
• Reporting damages or areas requiring special attention.
• Have an awareness of correct use of cleaning products
• Adhering to commonly accepted health and safety practices, for a private residence
• Care for domestic animals
• Provide discretion and a willingness to assist to complete additional tasks
Your background:
To be successful in this role you should have experience as a stewardess on yachts, Jets or in private residences but will also consider Perth based Candidates with very strong hospitality backgrounds looking to learn
You are adaptable and flexible, with a high attention to detail and cleanliness. You can work autonomously and are able to prioritise tasks with ease. You are open minded to a change of process knowing it will accommodate the household’s need. You are comfortable with domestic animals and can work with a high level of integrity, discretion, and honesty.
You will always work with the household and their guests with the upmost professionalism.
