An exciting opportunity has become available for a lead deck looking to step up to a Bosun role.
The yacht is a recent build with all the bells and whistles and water toys to boot, including a large chase / day yacht.
The yacht operates dual season Caribbean and Europe, with several charters confirmed and even split of tips amongst crew members.
Lots of opportunities for progression and learning under an experienced and friendly charter captain
We are currently in the Bahamas and looking for a Deckhand/Bosun and are struggling to find preferred Australian/Kiwi candidates.
Some senior duties will also accompany the position including, maintaining a bridge navigational watch, assisting the 1st Officer with mini-ISM and large tender driving.
Open to Australian & New Zealand located candidates also.

– Start date ASAP in Nassau, Bahamas

– Yacht Master Offshore minimum
– Salary $4,500usd
– 50days leave pa
– 10days study pa
– 13month salary bonus
– 3year lump sum bonus
– Medical coverage as per MLC
– 3month trial period
– The understanding that there may be the situation to have to share a cabin with opposite sex crew member
– Equal share in any gratuity given
*Ideally the candidate would have ECDIS Transas type approved and Jet ski instructor for the Europe season. If they do have these then the salary can be negotiable.
