Replacing the outgoing HM of 5 years + should speak volumes of both the role and the family expectation on longevity and house manager/owner relationship
The family resides overseas and utilises the residence from November to March each year.
The House Manager will be responsible for ensuring their stay is both memorable and that everything at the residence is fully functional.
From organisning flower arrangements to ensuring the water toys / equipment is ready to roll the HM will be highly organised and dedicated to ensuring the family has a pleasant stay.
The residence is home to fine art , interior elevators, high tec equipment, swimming pool, gardens and the HM should be comfortable dealing with trades and contractors.
April to October the family resides overseas and the HM will use this time to focus on house projects and keeping the residence in excellent shape.
