A unique opportunity has become available for an executive level chef to work with an established family at world famous Bondi Beach location.
The chef should have 5-10 years culinary experience, with preferably time in private residences or superyachts.
The chef will cover both Lunch and Dinner, with lunch being the main focus, typically catering between 2-4 guests (2 adults & 2 kids) and occasional guests.
No particular dietary requirements with family favorites included within the roster and the chef being able to bring new dishes into the rotor, cooking their strengths.
The chef must maintain some flexibility, occasionally catering for the odd weekend dinner or from other locations in the Eastern Suburbs included within the owner’s property portfolio.
Opportunity to do a trial lunch or dinner with the family prior to committing to the role.
There are no service staff in this position and the chef should be fine with the table set-up and meal / kitchen cleanup.
The Ideal Candidate
- Culinary trained
- Private residence or superyacht background
- Strong restaurant background in well classed establishments
- Based within reasonable proximity to the East suburbs of Sydney
- Diverse culinary repertoire
- Comfortable with owner interaction
- Can work well within a family setting
- Maintains a clean workstation
- Good knowledge of local Sydney suppliers.

Salary: Excellent, based on experience , paid in AUD + Super
