Your day-to-day will be based on-site in Coomera as the go-to administrative support for a superyacht refit project. You will also be providing PA/EA support to the office executives

 

Support to the Project Management team includes:

-general project administration

-email management

-attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes

-consolidate and present invoices for approval

-general office administrative duties (ordering and stocking office supplies, etc.)

Support to the Manager includes:

-travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, cars)

-organising deliveries and other personal logistics, liaising with key contacts, etc.

-administrative support for other ongoing projects within the business

-calendar and email management

-attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes

 

We’re looking for:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong experience across Microsoft Office Suite

-Exceptional attention to detail

-Proactive, keen to solve problems

-Organised and efficient approach to work

-Background experience/knowledge of high-end marine industry or high-end architectural/engineering industry preferred

Position Summary- The Residence Support role ensures the maintenance, cleaning and presentation of the primary residence and other assets, that they always meet expectations. The role also supports food and beverage services, with a variety of additional tasks that may be completed at the request of the family.

Skills & Experience

The family travel often to other interstate residences and there will sometimes be weeks/months of non-occupancy.

The House Coordinator/Domestic Support will also work with a broader interstate team and will occasionally fly interstate for great collaboration.

Core days are Monday to Friday but will fluctuate when the family are in residence, assisting with occasional evening dinners or weekend events (days in lieu for weekend work)  roughly 7.5 hours / day

A unique opportunity has become available for a Head Chef to join a very high profile 80m Private / Charter SY as it cruises the South Pacific and Asia

 

The vessel will travel Australia for summer, following a 7 month yard time in NZ (May – November)

 

Shore based accommodation in NZ provided for crew where the chef will cook at the house.

 

After which the vessel will sail towards Asia.

 

Open to both male or female Chefs. Healthy cooking, gluten free, very little use of sugar, cooking for 14-15 crew and generally only two guests. 2 meals per day.

A unique opportunity has become available for a culinary trained yacht chef to go land based on the Gold Coast.

Mostly Monday to Friday (no guests) usual conditions (guest on) and will involve some international travel.

The owner has a fine palette, is diabetic and enjoys healthy meals with a traditional touch. An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced chef to join a highly professional program with an excellent crew and owner.

The vessel is based in Sydney 9 months / year and typically spends winters away in either the Gold Coast (Yard), Whitsundays or South Pacific Islands.

Over winter the owner often spends time in Europe on his larger superyacht, often coinciding with the Australian vessels yard time on the Gold Coast.

The vessel is a low / moderate use program , averaging 2 trips / month

The chef will be charged to look after both guests and crew and will occasionally cook for the owner at his residence.

The Crew dynamic and owner / chef relationship is excellent and the successful candidate will find themselves in a sought after work environment, offering both lifestyle and progression.

The head chef will have allot of influence over menus and a thorough handover will be given with the outgoing chef.

The Ideal Candidate

Start: 30th October

Salary: $140,000 AUD + Super / Year DOE, 4 weeks annual leave

Conditions: Live onboard / ashore
