Are you a yacht stewardess located in Australia with a minimum of a season’s experience?

Position Snapshot

The yacht operates both Private & Charters and has a mixture of both high and low guest numbers pending the type of trip.

The vessel will be heading north at the end of March. Gold Coast for 4-weeks (quick shipyard), up to Whitsundays and FNQ after that. Returning to Sydney Nov/Dec for busy charter season.

Plenty of time between guest trips for turnarounds and crew down time

The position is live onboard and the vessel has the ability to trial someone (on freelance rates) over a guest trip to ensure it is a good fit for all parties.

The 2^nd stewardess should be looking to offer a firm commitment to the program over 2025

Working under an experienced chief stewardess, the 2^nd stew should be a terrific backup in both service and housekeeping, with a keenness to learn and a positive ‘can do’ personality.

The stewardess should be looking to be an active and social crew member who can emulate the good crew vibes onboard

Are you a Sydney based chef looking for an incredible lifestyle opportunity?

Position Snapshot

• Bondi Beach waterfront location
• Mostly Monday to Friday
• Low guest numbers
• Start: February/March 2025

A unique opportunity has become available for an executive level chef to work with an established family at world famous Bondi Beach location.

The chef should have 5-10 years culinary experience, with preferably time in private residences or superyachts.

The chef will cover both Lunch and Dinner, with lunch being the main focus, typically catering between 2-4 guests (2 adults & 2 kids) and occasional guests.

No particular dietary requirements with family favorites included within the roster and the chef being able to bring new dishes into the rotor, cooking their strengths.

The chef must maintain some flexibility, occasionally catering for the odd weekend dinner or from other locations in the Eastern Suburbs included within the owner’s property portfolio.

Opportunity to do a trial lunch or dinner with the family prior to committing to the role.

There are no service staff in this position and the chef should be fine with the table set-up and meal / kitchen cleanup.

Account Executive Sales (Key Responsibilities)

1. Client Consultation and Needs Assessment
   • Engage with prospective and existing customers to identify their specific boat insurance needs.
   • Educate clients on available coverage options, policy terms, and benefits to ensure informed decision-making.
   • Customize insurance solutions to fit the client’s unique circumstances and preferences.

1. Customer Relationship Management
   • Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication, follow-ups, and support.
   • Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and other services to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
   • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

1. Policy Management and Compliance
   • Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other internal teams to support policy issuance and maintenance.
   • Ensure all customer interactions, policy documents, and sales activities are documented in the appropriate systems.

1. Market Awareness and Product Knowledge
   • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the boat and marine insurance market, including competitor products and services.
   • Keep abreast of changes in insurance regulations and industry trends to better advise clients and enhance sales approaches.

Are you a yacht captain based in Perth available for a casual or full-time position?

A high-profile management company is on the search for a Perth based captain to work either a casual or fulltime arrangement across their fleet of small private superyachts.

The vessels are used mostly for day excursions along the Perth Coast or out to Rottnest.

Vessels always leave the dock with additional crew, deckhand & stewardess and are well maintained

As the vessel are under 30m in length the captain should have their own accommodation ashore in Perth.

Casual Rates as below

$55/hr Monday to Friday.  But when on Trips $75/hr – $90/hr DOE

Averaging between 2-4 trips / week over summer

If Permanent Full time $150k DOE

Ticket Requirement (flexible): minimum of master 5 or yachtmaster 200gt MCA

Previous drive time is essential and superyacht experience is favourable

A well established 40m Private SY is on the search for a 1^st mate to join their professional team.

The yacht operates with 7 crew when cruising offshore with an extensive Pacific cruising schedule planned for 2025 including Australia, NZ,  Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu & Solomon Islands.

The vessel also operates an interesting watersports program and any experience in diving, spearfishing, fishing or wing boarding would be well received.

The 1^st mate should have a strong sailing background and can also assist with basic engineering / maintenance, supporting the chief engineer on occasion

A busy professional family in Manly are looking for a long-term highly experienced Executive Residential House Manager who can organize, develop and implement good working systems and schedules to ensure the smooth, day to day functioning of the household.

We are looking for someone with the following: 

• Previous house management experience in private homes
• A high degree of organisation to keep all cupboards, closets, pantry and other spaces in order
• A high level of attention to detail – noticing and anticipating family needs
• A high degree of common sense and ability to take ownership of the role and work without supervision
• Knowledge of laundry, sorting, treating, washing and ironing
• Able to run errands as required, flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing needs and priorities.
• A high level of discretion and commitment

Duties will include:

• General PA/ Errands as required:

• Managing trades as required across both properties
• Overseeing the family calendar and organising home requirements to suit family schedule
• Additional help with family admin such as paying bills, arranging travel, planning events etc

• Light housekeeping : All general housekeeping, laundry duties, change of linens, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, generally ensuring the residence in maintained in a high state at all times.

• We will consider additional cleaning support for vacuuming, mopping & bathrooms etc

 for the right candidate

• Laundry : must have experience with delicates/colours/ironing/folding and maintaining the wardrobe

• Organising each family member’s closet
• Drycleaning, Treating laundry appropriately for stains, mending, delicate care
• Keeping tabs on children’s clothing sizes and rotating, hand downs, new requirements

• Kitchen & Pantry : Food preparation and managing grocery stocks, household requirements and administration.

• Organising fridge, pantry and shopping schedules for weekly grocery deliveries
• Keeping the pantry stocked, organised and rotating items as necessary

• Meals: Able to provide a range of healthy options for the family; extensive cooking experience is not mandatory, but an interest in food and a willingness to learn is a must

• We do not require someone with professional cooking ability and are flexible with meal requirements depending on the candidate – however ability to prepare basic meals would be an advantage

Requirements:

• 5-6 years minimum housekeeping experience in private homes or stewardess experience on superyachts
• Excellent references
• A high level of detail and be able to work with limited supervision

• Police Check or willing to get one prior to commencing
• Drivers License / Nonsmoker
• Long-term commitment

Hours:

5 days per week

Mon to Fri, normal hours of work 9.30am – 6.30pm

Remuneration

A salary between $100,000 – $120,000 per annum including all benefits and leave entitlements.

Vehicle will be provided
