A very high profile 40m private MY is on the search for a professional stewardess to join their team of 7.

The vessel is used every 2-3 months for a 2 week trip , when the owner is in town from their overseas residence.

Any extended trips over the December / January period crew are usually rotated out every 2nd week.

The chief stewardess will lead a fulltime 2nd stewardess across both service and housekeeping, providing an exceptional level of service to the owner and occasional guests.

As the owner resides overseas, vessel trips are known well in advance and therefore very little standby is required, allowing crew to plan their lives ashore.

Are you an engineer or deck/engineer interested in a low-key private program cruising Australia?

Ticket requirements: MEC 5 / AEC2 / MED 2 or equivalent (Also STCW and Seafarer Medical)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an engineer or deck/engineer on a vessel of similar size.

 

About The Program:

The vessel is currently in New Zealand at the moment but plans to cross over to the Gold Coast in May for the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show and then will be heading up the coast to Cairns, then slowly making its way back down the east coast.

The vessel runs a pretty relaxed itinerary as the boat is up for sale and will be available for viewings.

the owners are also offering a $10,000 bonus when the boat sells

In terms of the other crew, the crew are really active and love diving, swimming, hiking

Operating in the Western Med for summers and between the US / Caribbean for winters.

The vessel may be used locally before heading out to Fiji, then on to Tahiti and French Polynesia where the vessel will be based for the next 2 years, with the off season likely in Australia from November onwards

The yacht operates a very high standard and the focus of the vessel is charter, dual season

 

PACKAGE:

 

 

Leave = 45 days annual leave, rising to 60 after 12 months onboard

Flights = x1 annual flight, rising to x2 after 12 months onboard

Medical = Full medical insurance

Tips = Equal share of charter gratuities (we usually do very well)

Masseuse certificates > Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage etc., qualified to provide facials a bonus

It is essential the candidate is confident to provide a medium pressure massage incorporating stretching techniques.

The 2nd stewardess will support the chief stewardess in both service, housekeeping, provisioning and also assist out on deck.

The owner is the best you will find, and enjoys adventurous cruising , fishing / spear fishing in beautiful locations

A high profile 32m private expedition yacht is on the search for sole chef to join their adventurous program.

The yacht is run with a fulltime crew of 5/6 and the chef will cater for both guests and crew.

The yacht has a terrific reputation , with both personable / friendly / accommodating owners and fun / adventurous / professional crew dynamic.

The owner fly’s in/out on various locations with good down time in-between for R & R and re-provisioning

The crew will also be able to take a break mid Kimberley season where the yacht will fly the chef home for 2 weeks down time.

Must be well organised, can provision accurately for longer trips, must be able to maintain clean workstation and organised stores. Generally diverse culinary range , will have good influence over menu selection suiting owners tastes

A highly professional 65m Charter / Private MY is on the search for a rotational head chef to join their program in Europe.

The Chef should have a diverse culinary repertoire but with particularly specialties in both Thai and Japanese style cooking

The owner will also consider flying respective candidates globally for a face to face and 2-day trial.

Charter experience would be favourable but not essential, longevity in previous programs will be looked on favourably but will also consider chefs on very strong land-based background and culinary skills alone
