A well established 40m Private SY is on the search for a 1st mate to join their professional team.
The yacht operates with 7 crew when cruising offshore with an extensive Pacific cruising schedule planned for 2025 including Australia, NZ, Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu & Solomon Islands.
The vessel also operates an interesting watersports program and any experience in diving, spearfishing, fishing or wing boarding would be well received.
The 1st mate should have a strong sailing background and can also assist with basic engineering / maintenance, supporting the chief engineer on occasion

A high profile 40m private MY is on the hunt for some additional deckhands for a series of guest trips over the Sydney summer season.
The deckhand should be located or able to join from Sydney
Duties will include, washdowns/ detailing, docking / calling distances, keeping a lookout, launching craft , watersports and tender experience.
Cruises will be in both Sydney harbour and Pittwater (departing city location)
Cruise Dates below (with other dates for pre departure washdowns/teak, TBC)
Rates: Standard Day : $300-$350 AUD / day (take home amount)

Are you a master 5 / MED 2 captain interested in an expedition vessel operating out of FNQ?
Position Snapshot
A state-of-the-art 25m expedition motor yacht is on the search for an experienced captain / engineer for their program operating out of Port Douglas.
The vessel has a sustainable fishing focus and is used for both private and charter use, with some extended trips away.
Days in lieu accrued for longer trips with additional down time when back in dock.
Run with 4 core crew (Captain/Engineer, Chef, Stew & Deck) + 2 X fishing guides who operate center console fishing day boats, with the 25m acting as a mothership.
While the vessel has a sustainable fishing focus (top water & salt water fly) fishing skills is not essential for the captain as the expertise is made up elsewhere within the program.
The owner is flexible if the captain works fulltime on a day rate or on salary.
The ideal captain should have drive time on vessels of similar size, experience around the inner & outer reef, good vessel handling skills, strong crew management skills and ideally able to source their own accommodation ashore when the vessel isn’t cruising.
The captain should hold a minimum of a Master 5 / MED 2 to meet the manning requirement.

A very unique opportunity has become available for a deckhand and stewardess to be based out of Japan, operating a private fleet of local yachts.
The crew will be based out of Yokohama bayside marina. Kanagawa, Japan and will be given shared crew use of an apartment ashore (only live onboard when cruising)
The deckhand & stewardess will work with the captain & engineer in the operation of a private fleet, that is mostly used for short excursions only around Japanese waters
The fleet is growing and will include a Riva 100, Riva 76 and a Pershing yacht among others.
Bigger yachts and projects in the pipeline and certainly room for role growth.
As the vessels are based in Japan the crew will be paid industry rates (Euro/US equivalent) but in Japanese Yen , with 20% taken out for local tax
There is also the opportunity to be put through some local Japanese seafarer courses (in English) to meet manning requirements
Guests are both Japanese and English speaking and all English-speaking crew.

Position Summary- The Residence Support role ensures the maintenance, cleaning and presentation of the primary residence and other assets, that they always meet expectations. Skills & Experience
The family travel often to other interstate residences and there will sometimes be weeks/months of non-occupancy.

A 37m charter/private MY is on the search for an experienced stewardess to join their team as Lead Stew.
The yacht has an excellent crew dynamic onboard and would suit a stewardess wanting to join a fun and active team.
The vessel operates along the East Coast of Australia , Sydney for summer and has plans to head to Fiji in 2025
After Fiji the yacht will head to the Whitsundays and down to Sydney for summer 2025/26
The yacht operates privately only and has a mixture of both high and low guest numbers pending the type of trip.
Plenty of time between guest trips for turnarounds and crew down time
The chief stewardess will manage and lead a stew/cook who will assist as 2nd stewardess on trip.
The position is live onboard and the vessel has the ability to trial someone (on freelance rates) over a guest trip to ensure it is a good fit for all parties.
